Resources Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                    
NO. 311(JUD) An Act eliminating a requirement that a social                    
security number be provided by an applicant for a hunting or sport             
fishing license or tag; and providing for an effective date. Without           
objection, the bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
